2-Hour “Intro to Sequencing” Workshop W/ Quamay "i3" Sams - RSVP required $50 Registration 

This workshop is designed to help you develop the art of Yoga Sequencing. We will learn how to build intentional and creative sequences that either create range of motion or build strength and manage imbalances in modern Yoga Sequencing. 

Open to all who are interested in creating sequences for themselves or for a group of people. 

*Highly Recommended* for anyone who has attended a formal yoga teacher training or are curious about becoming a yoga instructor.

In this workshop you will:

- Be given a tried and tested sequencing structure

- Learn how to minimize imbalances when creating a sequence for yourself and or students

- Learn how to implement a specific focus, peak pose or all around practice.

Quamay has taught yoga at studios in the San Francisco, Oakland, and NYC, and has instructed and facilitated teacher trainings. His sequences focus on opening the chakras through movement and bodily awareness. Recommended for people who have attended a formal yoga teacher training or are curious about becoming a yoga instructor.
