Thursday 1:30pm Bootcamp (King Track on Hopkins)
Donation based 60 minute medium intensity Bootcamp workout using mostly body weight. We will be on Grass, Tarmac, Stairs, Ledges, and Pull-up bars. This is a fun and unique full body strength and cardio workout using complex movements as well as the standards like jumping jacks and pushups.
