Weather and Planning
BE ON TIME.
Classes start promptly at the designated times. It is very important to start the class correctly to get the most benefit, Avoid injury, and To not be disruptive. The teacher will be there at least 30 minutes prior so that you can properly get settled and prepared.
Dress appropriately for the weather. It can get weird in the Bay Area. You can stay warm on chilly days by wearing tight stretchy layers and a nice warm hat, and maybe some tight fitting socks. Cut the toes off of some compression socks so your toes can grip. You will certainly warm up once class starts.
I will cancel the class at least an hour prior if it rains so make sure to Subscribe to receive the cancellation email.
