Our Instructors

Karen Ting (she/her)

A lover of movement whether it is boogieing in the grocery aisles, dance floor or on the yoga mat. Creating different shapes with my body has and continues to be one of the things that I treasure most in life. Being in spaces watching and helping others find shapes has only intensified this love. I’m a 200hr trained vinyasa teacher that believes the only things you need to “do” yoga is the willingness to explore and the willingness to be kind to yourself. Everything else will find its place. When I’m not bouncing to a tune or teaching yoga, you can catch me somewhere belting out an old school R&B song, fawning over my 2 pups, loving up on some good coffee, drawing on things. Join me for a gentle and thoughtful Vinyasa Flow on Tuesdays. Disclaimer: I cannot promise there won’t be a lame joke or two but do expect some dance breaks during class!!

Disha Gupta (she/her)

I stumbled upon hatha yoga in 2008 at an ashram near my home in Jaipur (India) as an accessible way to stay fit. However, it didn’t take me long to recognize its holistic impact on my emotional, mental and spiritual wellbeing. Ever since, practicing yoga has become an integral part of my life. It's that center that brings me exactly what I need - be it joy, calm, peace, patience, acceptance, honesty, strength or courage. I teach yoga to share the benefits of the practice with the people around me. Currently my practice and my teaching style is *vinyasa flow* based on mindfulness, body awareness and self-inquiry. I can't wait to practice with you.

Marie Koesnodihardjo

Before practicing yoga, I was an artistic roller skater and represented Puerto Rico in international competitions. After retiring from the sport, I found a new home for creative expression in the practice of yoga.

Movement and community are two of my core values in life. I teach a vinyasa flow based practice and am a proud graduate of Hot Spot YTT in Oakland, CA. I practice and teach yoga because I believe it is a playful sandbox for learning and self-reflection. I strive to create a space where you can show up for yourself without judgement and feel safe to be exactly who you want to be.
